RAQQA

Dün çoğunluğu Suud asıllı 10-15 civarı IŞİD militanı geçtiğimiz hafta başında iki arkadaşları ihanet suçlamasıyla infaz edildikten sonra IŞİD saflarını terk etti. Bu militanlar IŞİD'in hapishanesine giderek altı Nusra mücahidini ve bir grup yerel tutukluyu hapishaneden salıverdi ve bu kişiler saf değiştiren IŞİD militanlarının bölgeyi terk etmesine yardımcı oldu.
Bunun üzerine IŞİD kentte dün gece sokağa çıkma yasağı ilan etti ve şehrin çevresinde muhtelif kontrol noktaları oluşturdu.

Fighters leave Islamic State after friends executed for ‘treason’
A group of Islamic State fighters in A-Raqqa defected from the jihadist group on Wednesday and on their way out freed a number of detainees from an IS prison in the provincial capital, reported the media campaign Raqqa is Being Slaughtered Silently. 
The defectors, reportedly numbering between 10 and 15 people, consisted mostly of Saudi Arabian nationals, Ibrihim Abdulkader, a member of the Raqqa is Being Slaughtered Silently campaign, told Syria Direct on Thursday.
A-Raqqa is the de facto IS capital in Syria.
The fighters went to the IS prison to release Jabhat a-Nusra fighters, also Saudi nationals, who they likely knew prior to joining their respective jihadist groups.
The defectors were also reportedly friends with two other Saudi IS fighters who had been accused of treason and executed earlier this week.
“The prisoners [that the defectors freed] included six members of Jabhat a-Nusra and a number of local civilians” who helped the defectors escape the area, added Abdulkader.
In response, IS appears to have imposed a curfew on the city of Raqqa Wednesday night, in addition to setting up a number of checkpoints in and around the city, according to the Facebook page of Abu Ibrahim Raqawwi, an activist in Raqqa who is a founding member of the Raqqa is Being Slaughtered Silently media campaign.

LAZKİYE

Liwa el Adiyat'tan bir komutanın beyanlarına göre TOW füzesinin bölgeye çok faydası oldu. Mücahitler TOW füzelerini kullanarak kentteki muhtelif cephelerde rejime ait 14 tankı ve 7 topu vurdular. Bu da sahadaki güç dengesini değiştirdi. Rejim güçleri köyleri açık alanlardan bombalamayı bırakıp Cebeli Türkmen ve Cebel el Ekrad arasınaki yolun da açılmasına sebep oldu. TOW füzelerinin baskısıyla rejim güçleri tanklarını kullanmamaya ve gizlemeye zorladı.
Bir Cebeli Ekrad sakininin beyanına göre TOW füzeleri kullanılmaya başlayalı beri köylerde hayat normale döndü ve köy sakinleri de geri döndü.
Bölgedeki rejim saldırıları sonucu ölüm oranı da %90 azaldı.
2 yıl önce 24 küçük grubun birleşmesiyle oluşan Liwa el Adiyat (ÖSO) grubu 500 mücahitten oluşuyor.

Lattakia, Al Adiyat brigade (FSA) commander, Ahmad Hamza, says that TOW missile has allowed to change the power on the ground. They destroyed 14 tanks and 7 cannons, on several fronts. Following those attacks, regime forces have stopped shelling some villages from open areas; fearing the retaliation, and allowed them to open the road between both Jabal Al Akrad and Jabal Turkomen. TOW missiles have forced the regime to not use their tanks and hide them behind matrasses. 
A Jabal AL Akrad’s resident, Wael AL Haj says that the area is calm since the use of the TOW and many villages are back to normal life after their residents have returned.
Death toll have decreased to 90% according to Dr Ayman Sulayman
Videos documenting the attacks also helped to prove the number of killed in the regime forces and vehicles detroyed
Al Aidyat Brigade is formed 500 men, was formed 2 years ago and is a unification of 24 batallions.
