Still at least 200 civilians who exited are being held in regime prisons and possibly they are under questioning under torture. In this period we saw heartbreaking scenes while men of families who stay in the region were saying their possible last farewells to family members. Amputated civilians were unable to join the people who exit since they were unable to walk with UN protection convoy. They turned back. Ongoing clashes between the Free Syrian Army (FSA) and regime forces in the province’s southern and central sector. Regime convoys are advancing towards the liberated areas to regain control on them, reinforced with a big number of armored vehicles members of the National Army.
