Birkaç gün önce önceden muhalifler kanadında olan daha sonra IŞİD meylini gösteren Liwa Davud muhaliflerin elindeki bölgeden yaklaşık 50 araçlık konvoy ve 1000 kadar savaşçı ile Raqqa'ya giderek IŞİD'e beyat etti. SOHR (editors note: not a very very reliable source) was informed that Liwa AL Dawud pledged allegiance to Daesh and moved his forces and equipments from Masermeen in Idlib to Raqqa controled by Daesh.
The liwa convoy had more than 50 vehicles while crossing not far from Saraqeb heading to Raqqa, between Atharya and Khanasser controlled by the regime forces wo let them cross.

He was one of the prime reasons for regime's unsuccessful offensive on Maliha. More than half of Liwa Badr's fighters were killed or wounded to resist regime's offensive on Maliha.

HAMA
Rahcan'ın kontrolü rejimin Halep'e olan ikmal yolunun kesildiği manasına gelir. Rahcan Hama'nın doğu kırsalında Khanaser yolu üzerinde bulunuyor. Bunun Halep'te özellikle Sanaeya (Şeyh Neccar) cephesinde mücahitlerin üzerindeki baskıyı hafifletmesi umuluyor.
Öte yandan IŞİD Halep mücahitlerinin önemli ikmal yollarından biri üzerinde bulunan Ghaytoon'u kontrolüne alarak mücahitlerin bir ikmal yolunu kesmiş oldu. / The control of Rahjan means that JAN has cut the regime supply line to Aleppo City. Rahjan is situated on Khanaser road at Hama Eastern Rif. This will ease the pressure on the rebels mostly at the Senaeya frontline.
On the other hand, Daesh controls another strategic supply road by controlling Ghaytoon, thus cutting the supply line to the rebels in Aleppo.
