Situation in Latakia:
After 21 days of regime forces ground shelings and attacks, backed by russian air attacks, rebels keep all their positions, with the exception regime forces entered Kfardalba* but could not capture its citadel.
During those attacks, the regime forces used all type of arms from air missiles to artillery shells.
Regime forces attempted 7 times to capture Kfardalba* citadel and failed.
Rebels destroyed 3 tanks as follows : 2  on Anbata peak and 1 at Kfarajouz. They also destroyed 1 BMP transporting amunitions, and 3 guns (2 on Doreen peak and 1 on Katf Mrishoud) and 1 bulldozer with TOWs. Rebels destroyed an arm depots with a konkurs, and report mentionned that Brigadier General Hassan AL Hassan (Suhail Al Hussain’s brother) was killed during that attack.
Russian jetfighters carried out air more than 100 attacks during those days on Salma, which make a rebel from Salma say that russian destructions in Salma equal 4 years air attacks by the regime. He added that russian jeftfighters destroyed everything and flattened buildings,  and in some villages there are no more homes to live in.
Reports mention that out of 300 soldiers who participated to the battle only 75 returned to their barracks. All the other were either killed or injured.
*Kfardalba was recaptured by the rebels after an unexpected counter offensive.
