The video has been circulating on loyalist FB pages with some comments. It features a reported visit to Joreen by Maher Al Assad.
Some comments describe it as mere publicity to discourage SAA from fleeing the strategic Joreen base. Because only his name creates fear.
They also mention that the size, hair colour and face form are different from Maher Al Assad.
The video is also believed to have been shot in Latakia rif at Dar AL Shmayel farms in Mesyaf according to some geolocalition.
There is another point which makes me believe that this video is a fabrication that any loyalist syrian cannot dare to come so close withour fear to Maher ASSad even while showing his support unless it is ordered beforehand.
