ŞAM

Qalamoun'un doğusunda muhalifler ile rejim güçleri arasında çatışmalar yaşanıyor. Özellikle rejimin helikopterlerle paraşütçü askerlerini indirdiği Çimento Fabrikası cephesinde muhalifler aralarında 2 subayın da bulunduğu 13 rejim askerini öldürdü ve Salman ve Safa köyleri cephesinde ilerleme sağladı.
Aynı zamanda muhalifler Şam-Bağdat yolunu kesti. Bununla kent ile civarı arasındaki ikmali kısmen kesmek amaçlanıyor. Şunu da not etmek gerekir ki muhaliflerin başlattığı yeni bir operasyon sebebiyle Qalamoun'un doğusunda son üç haftadır şiddetli çatışmalar yaşanıyor. Bu operasyonun amacı Doğu Ghouta üzerindeki rejim kuşatmasını kırmak ve Şam'a rejim ikmal yollarını kesmek. /  Clashes erupted between the opposition and regime forces in eastern al-Qalamoun, most notably at the Cement Factory front where the regime sent paratroopers by helicopters. The FSA fought back regime troops killing thirteen soldiers including two officers, and advanced at the village of Salman and Safa fronts.
In the meantime, the opposition cut the Damascus-Baghdad highway in order to block the regime supply route to Damascus and its surroundings. It is worth mentioning that fierce clashes have been taking place in eastern Qalamoun throughout the past three weeks as part of the FSA’s new battle. The Battle aims at ending the regime siege imposed on eastern Ghouta, and cutting the regime supply route to Damascus.

The killing of the iranian ingeneers happened in a regime controlled area. They were arrested, forced to get off their car, blinfolded And then gunned. The perpatrators left in their car. The assassination happened 100 meters near checkpoint controlled by Assad forces who only moved after the assassination. The area where the assassination happened is too far from Barzeh controlled by the opposition forces; and would have been impossible to them to cross several checkpoints. They 5 ingeneers were arrested on Maarba bridge near Tal Road.

No Iranian scientist was killed as SOHR & regime media are spinning. The Deir al-Hajar reactor as widely known is a small 30 Kw MNSR reactor which the regime claims is used for research purposes. Just to clarify that the nuclear scientists killed by shots to the head in the al-Tal area yesterday were all Syrian, and Sunni to be clear. Many theories are making the rounds on why/who killed the scientists; did they know too much, did they leak info, planning on defecting, etc
