Al Aqaba tepelerinde yoğun bombardıman altında biraz ilerlemeyi başardı. Birkaç saatlik çatışma sonunda birkaç noktayı kontrol altına alabildiler ve biz geri çekildik. The regime was able to advance supported by a heavy fire to talat Al Aqaba that overlooks Yabrood and after several hours of fight they were able to control few points and we were forced to withdraw. This was due to shortage of anti tank misisles, lack of training in other joint groups. These hills are important for the security of the civilians. But with the TNT barrels, civilians left the town and those hills don’t have anymore a strategic importance, specially rebels control Jabal Mar Maroun that uncover those hills;
He believes that Hezbollah will advance to control the buildings at the outskirts of the town and here, the urban warfare battle will start and the end will be identical to what happened to the Nazis in the battle of Stalingrad.

Bugün mücahitler 10 şehit verdi. / As the second month of the military campaign on Yabroud City has started, Assad’s forces accompanied with members of Huzbullah accomplished today to take a new point in Aqabeh from Free Army and used it to shell the other frontlines. In addition to the daily artillery shelling, Yabroud City was shelled today with two surface-surface missiles while violent clashes took place in Rima. And for the third day on a row, Free Army is still preventing Assad’s forces from taking control of Fakhoukh checkpoint as violent clashes took place there and a T72 tank in Assad’s army was destroyed. In total, 10 martyrs from Qalamon died today.
